NackInTouch Web Site Policies

January 17, 1998

The NackInTouch Web Site is a free news and information service, as well as a community of people interested in Karl Nack. We welcome you and rely on your participation. The policies below explain how we work and what we expect. Questions and comments via e-mail are always welcome.

  1. NackInTouch reports come directly from readers, associates and hands-on experience. Some sources request anonymity, and we do everything possible to protect their privacy. (Please use our confidential email address whenever appropriate.)

  2. Information from additional sources is always attributed to the source, with appropriate links. Our reports sometimes overlap other on-line reports in content, and we have had material copied without attribution from our site at various times, but we need not and will not copy material from other sites without attribution.

  3. We use our best judgement about the accuracy of reports we receive and reject or label appropriately anything we suspect of being inaccurate. We generally presume good faith, and it is impossible to cross-check every report, so occasional errors and omissions do occur. We appreciate corrections and clarifications and always post them immediately.

  4. Our advertising and editorial (e.g. news, special reports, etc.) are completely separate from each other. We have a strict policy that no one can buy editorial coverage or editorial changes, and all advertising is clearly separated from editorial material on our web pages.
